1. Product status and acceptance
These Terms govern access to the QuoteVero website, private testing, Early Access, and the future QuoteVero Add-on. QuoteVero is currently in development and no public paid service is being offered. By joining a test or using the service when available, you agree to the then-current Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must provide accurate account information. Access is tied to the authorized Google identity and may not be shared, resold, or used to bypass plan or seat limits. You are responsible for the security of your Google account.

3. License and permitted use
When available, QuoteVero grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful business quoting. No ownership of QuoteVero software, branding, documentation, or underlying intellectual property is transferred.
- Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use QuoteVero for fraud, spam, unlawful discrimination, or illegal goods and services.
- Do not remove product notices or impersonate QuoteVero or another person.
- Do not automate mass email or use the service outside its intended quoting workflow.

4. Your content and business decisions
You retain ownership of the spreadsheets, customer information, pricing, quotes, PDFs, and messages you create. You are responsible for obtaining necessary customer permissions, verifying all calculations and terms before delivery, complying with tax and industry obligations, and maintaining appropriate backups.
QuoteVero provides calculation and workflow tools, not accounting, tax, legal, engineering, or financial advice. You remain responsible for the final quote and every business decision made from it.

Conservas la propiedad de las hojas, clientes, precios, cotizaciones, PDFs y mensajes. Eres responsable de obtener permisos, verificar cálculos y condiciones, cumplir obligaciones fiscales o sectoriales y mantener respaldos.

5. Private testing and Early Access
Private testing and public Early Access are expected to be free, require no card, and provide the complete planned Pro experience while stability is evaluated. Features may change, be corrected, or be temporarily unavailable. Test users should not rely on QuoteVero as their only business record.
Submitting an Early Access request does not guarantee selection or a particular invitation date. You may withdraw from the list at any time. The planned transition to paid plans will be announced in advance. Early Access users will not be charged automatically because they did not provide payment details. They may choose to subscribe or continue under the Free plan limits.

6. Future trials, subscriptions, and cancellation
Before paid plans begin, QuoteVero will publish the exact price, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, trial eligibility, refund terms, and cancellation method. The planned Pro trial is seven days for eligible new accounts and will require payment details. If not canceled during the trial, billing will begin on the disclosed date.
Canceling a paid subscription will stop automatic renewal, not immediately remove already-paid access. Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period, then the account will move to Free unless renewed. Cancellation during an eligible trial prevents the first charge, with Pro continuing through the trial end date.

7. Availability, changes, and termination
QuoteVero may maintain, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, technical, or product reasons. We may suspend access for misuse, risk to other users, nonpayment after paid plans begin, or material violation of these Terms. Where practical, reasonable notice and an opportunity to export user-controlled data will be provided.

QuoteVero puede mantener, actualizar, limitar, suspender o retirar funciones por razones de seguridad, legales, técnicas o de producto. 8. Disclaimers and limitation
During development and Early Access, the service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuoteVero disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Questions may be sent to support@quotevero.com. Seller identity, governing-law details, final commerce terms, and any mandatory regional disclosures will be completed and reviewed before QuoteVero accepts paid public transactions. Material changes will be posted with a revised date.
