1. No payments during Early Access
QuoteVero is not currently accepting payments. The planned private test and public Early Access phases will be free, will not request a card, and will not create automatic charges. Because no payment is collected during these phases, there is nothing to refund.

2. Before paid subscriptions begin
This page will be updated before paid checkout is activated. The final policy will clearly state the subscription price, billing interval, taxes, trial terms, renewal, refund eligibility, request procedure, response timeline, and any rights required by the buyer's location. Those terms will also be displayed before checkout.

3. Planned seven-day trial
When monetization begins, eligible new accounts may activate a seven-day Pro trial by providing a payment method. Checkout will show today's charge as zero and will disclose the exact first billing date. If the trial is not canceled, the subscription will begin automatically on that date. Canceling during the trial prevents the first charge, while Pro remains available until the trial end date.

4. Cancellation after payment
Canceling a paid subscription will turn off automatic renewal. It will not immediately return the account to Free or erase paid time. Pro access will continue through the current paid period and the account will move to Free only when that period ends, unless renewal is reactivated.

5. Payment provider and refund requests
FastSpring is the planned Merchant of Record, subject to account approval and final integration. When activated, FastSpring will process checkout, taxes, receipts, card data, and approved refunds. QuoteVero will not store full card details. Final refund eligibility will follow the terms shown at checkout and mandatory consumer rights. No paid purchase should be made until this page displays the final live policy.
